These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NexusTRC payment gateway and DocFlow document generation service (collectively, "Services") operated by NexusTRC ("we", "us", "our") at nexustrc.app. By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Services
1.1 NexusTRC
NexusTRC is a TRC-20 cryptocurrency payment gateway that enables merchants and businesses to:
- Accept USDT (Tether) payments on the TRON blockchain.
- Manage multiple TRON wallet addresses for payment collection.
- Receive real-time webhook notifications for payment events.
- Integrate payments into their applications via a REST API.
- Embed payment widgets into websites and e-commerce stores.
1.2 DocFlow
DocFlow is a Google Workspace add-on that generates bulk PDF documents (invoices, receipts, certificates, contracts, and more) from Google Sheets data. DocFlow runs entirely on Google's servers via Apps Script and does not transmit spreadsheet data to our servers.
2. Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You must provide a valid email address. One account per email.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must not share your API keys, account credentials, or webhook secrets with unauthorized parties.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of automated or abusive registration.

- All prices are in USD (NexusTRC subscriptions) or USDT TRC-20 (DocFlow plans and NexusTRC upgrades via crypto).
- Subscription billing occurs monthly. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- DocFlow lifetime plans are one-time payments — no recurring charges.
4. Payments
- Cryptocurrency payments — NexusTRC accepts and processes USDT (TRC-20) on the TRON blockchain. Payments are confirmed by monitoring on-chain transactions.
- Payment confirmation — payments are confirmed automatically once the required number of blockchain confirmations is reached (typically 1–2 minutes).
- Underpayments — if you send less than the requested amount, the payment may be marked as "underpaid" at our discretion. Partial refunds are not automatically processed.
- Overpayments — if you send more than the requested amount, the payment will be confirmed at the full received amount. Excess amounts are not automatically refunded.
- Transaction fees — TRON network fees apply to all on-chain transactions. These are paid by the sender and are not collected by NexusTRC.
- Refunds — subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started. For issues with payment processing, contact support@nexustrc.app.
5. Wallets & Payments
- Wallet address limits are enforced per subscription tier (see Section 3).
- You are solely responsible for the wallet addresses you add. NexusTRC does not control or have access to your TRON wallets.
- Payments received are deposited directly to the TRON wallet address you specified. NexusTRC never holds your funds.
- You must ensure you have the legal right to receive payments to the wallets you configure.
6. Webhooks & API
- Webhook endpoints must be accessible over HTTPS in production.
- You are responsible for the security of your webhook endpoints and API keys.
- We are not liable for failed webhook deliveries due to your server being down, misconfigured, or blocking our requests.
- API keys are scoped to your account permissions (read or write). Keep them secret.
- We may rate-limit API and webhook requests to protect service stability.
7. DocFlow Terms
- DocFlow is a Google Workspace add-on that runs on Google's infrastructure. Your data (spreadsheets, documents, emails) remains within your Google account.
- We do not have access to, store, or process your spreadsheet data or generated documents.
- DocFlow license keys are tied to your email address. One license per Google account.
- Free plan limits (10 documents/month) are enforced by the add-on locally. Upgrading removes this limit.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of DocFlow complies with Google's Terms of Service.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Services for illegal activities, money laundering, fraud, or sanctions evasion.
- Use the Services to process payments for prohibited goods or services.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, security measures, or subscription tier restrictions.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute DocFlow license keys.
- Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the platform in ways not intended by the API.
9. Intellectual Property
- The NexusTRC platform, DocFlow add-on, logos, designs, and code are our intellectual property.
- You retain full ownership of your data, documents, and content processed through our Services.
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
- The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
- We are not liable for losses arising from blockchain network congestion, incorrect wallet addresses, delayed confirmations, or third-party service outages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not responsible for any losses resulting from your failure to secure your account, API keys, or webhook secrets.
11. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard settings.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
- Upon termination, your access to the Services ceases. Payment and transaction records are retained per our data retention policy.
- We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement purposes after termination.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Without limiting the above, we specifically disclaim:
- That the Services will meet all of your requirements.
- That blockchain transactions will be confirmed within any specific timeframe.
- That the exchange rate of USDT or any cryptocurrency will remain stable.
- That third-party services (Tronscan, TronGrid, Google) will remain available.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold NexusTRC harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then through binding arbitration if necessary.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
